Foster partnerships between public housing agencies (PHAs) and other agencies and organizations interested in asset-building and family strengthening efforts that help to expand the number of individuals building assets and making progress towards self-sufficiency through FSS. | |

Encourage Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) outreach efforts that target individuals in public housing and the Section 8 voucher program. |
